Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site. In reply to auggy's post on January 16, I believe that driver was recently updated. Originally my tiles were unresponsive and the recovery options all resulted in errors, So I went on the same site that you have posted the link to, and downloaded all the updates that it recommended. But, it just made things worse. Is there any way I could remove this update so my computer does not restart every 15 min?
Thanks for helping! In reply to PC's post on January 16, That didn't work. In reply to PC's post on January 17, At this point, if you have not already, you may want to back up any critical data. Can you provide the most recent minidump files to see if there is any change in the error?

When I physically remove that solid state drive - my computer is fine. When I reinstall it - I get the error. Carlos AlbertoFlores Jimenez. After looking at the. SYS is 1. SYS are third-party eg. Dell device drivers or critical system files that come as part of the Windows operating system. Most SYS files allow internal PC hardware or attached hardware, such as a printer, to communicate with third-party software programs eg. Other SYS files are critical system files called 'kernel mode device drivers' which are used to power the Windows operating system.
